Hello Everyone!

A quick update regarding our COVID policy for vaccinations and social guidelines for Season 19 of Wyvern Rising.

Vaccination

In order to attend each event this season, we will be requiring proof of up-to-date vaccination. An up-to-date vaccination will be considered to fall within these parameters:

  • You have received your primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine from any of the three authorized vaccines that are approved for use in the US.
    • Pfizer-BioNTech
    • Moderna
    • Johnson & Johnson
  • AND you can provide a negative test result for COVID-19 within 48 hours of the event.

We will be purchasing home test kits for use at check-in.

Social Guidelines

Currently, we will not be requiring the use of a face mask while attending the event, though you are certainly welcome to do so. If you wish to wear a mask, it does NOT need to be costume/period appropriate.

We ask that everyone respect each other’s space as much as possible. We know role-play can get intense, but try to keep your distance even when role-play heats up. If you feel someone is too close for comfort, and they’re not taking a hint to back up, please feel free to call a hold and inform them.

The kitchen will be open for the event with some items, however, we will not be providing tableware, such as dishes and cups, for individual use. We ask that everyone please use a disposable cup/plate/bowl or bring their own. If you do bring your own gear, you are responsible to clean them after they are used.

The tavern will still have drinks and food available for in game purchase.

As a courtesy, we ask that if you are experiencing a fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell, or sore throat, to kindly avoid attending the event. If staff notices that you are experiencing these symptoms, we may ask you to leave for everyone’s safety (including yours). There will always be more Wyvern Rising to enjoy when you feel better.

Thank you!
