Hello Wyvernites!
I hope everyone is having an amazing fall 2022!
I would like to take this opportunity to make a couple of announcements regarding the Wyvern Rising Core Staff.
As was announced at the last event, Jeff Emerick Vernon, Margaret Emerick Vernon and Mark Hunsinger have left staff following the amazing conclusion to Season 19. Their contributions to Wyvern Rising cannot be understated, and they were a big part of our success this past season. While all three have not left our Wyvern Rising family, they are taking some important time away from staff roles.
Jeff and Margaret will be starting another chapter in their life and will be focusing on the new addition to their family. Please join me in wishing them the best with everything and hoping to see them at some point in the coming season!
Mark is also very busy at home with his newest addition to their family, but has said that he will be continuing his role as the Wyvern Rising Guru of all things web related.
Now, I would like to announce our newest members to the Wyvern Rising Core Staff!
Josh Beadle, aka Beaker aka Spopovich, has rejoined the core staff. He has been a player with Wyvern Rising from 2015. He was also a part of the Colony Alpha staff and has been a big contributor to both games over the years.
Zach Houser, aka Clowd, has been a player at Wyvern Rising since 2014. Zach has also been a part of the rules team for years and was pivotal in many game updates since joining the team.
David Wheeler, aka Dai’Holas, has also been a player since 2014 and has also been a part of the rules team, and has been a key part of the crafting team as well.
We are super excited to have these folks on board, and we have already been hard at work on the rewrite for this coming season!
