Arrival time: Generally speaking, you can arrive as early as 4:30 PM on Friday

Pre-register: Pre-registration for Season 20 Event 2 is now live! If you are planning on attending, please pre-reg as soon as possible. It only takes a few minutes and helps staff better plan the event if they know who will be there. Pre-Register now!

Food: Refrigeration and access to the kitchen is available, and we will have chicken patties and hamburgers available for purchase. The “Feast” is no longer provided.

Sleep: There are ample cabins to sleep in at Hickory Run. Speak to staff at the event if you need help choosing a vacant cabin or bed to stay in.
